"The intangible became
more real and personal for each of us because what we felt inside we could
express in color and free form. Many of us were, for the first time, able to
“feel” the spirit in a new way as we worked individually and together.”

Pentecost Windows
Group Liturgical Art Project
Facilitated by Linda McCray,
MFA
Created by
Rite
of Christian Initiation of Adults and Intergenerational Group
Through this liturgical art retreat, participants
created art to deepen their personal devotion and to invite members of their
faith community into the mystery. Through prayer and finger paint they opened their
hearts and hands to the guidance of the Holy Spirit and created these artistically
expressive Pentecost windows.
